to survey the best practices and operation models accomplished in earlier projects that can be used to reduce the professional segregation.
to test the usability of some models both in the pilot environment and other environments.
to draw up practical operation models in cooperation with Kiljava Institute’s Equality clinic project, and to make them part of the plans for equal opportunities in institutions for basic education
to apply mentoring experiences from earlier projects in a network environment, where it would be best reached. In cooperation with the University of Oulu the main target group is girls in upper secondary schools.
to circulate operation models in various events.
